What these figures measure
They count messages sent through this site only - not phone calls, not letters, not constituency meetings. An office with fewer than 20 messages is not shown here, because a rate built on a handful of messages says nothing about the office.
Messages sent in bulk as a campaign are not counted. An office that received a hundred copies of one letter has not failed a hundred people.
